親愛的長島大頸華人協會會員們，你們好！又值盛夏，為了讓您與久違的朋友們在夏日的涼風中和月色下，
- 地點：Kings point park, lot 25/28（由Steamboat Road入口）
- 內容：大型充氣玩具，魔術表演，集體遊戲，燒烤，生日蛋糕。各家帶兩菜 (建議分量為11×9鋁盤)。
- 費用：會員家庭帶兩菜免費，不帶菜每人收取$10.00費用
Bring a main course dish (hot) and or BBQ stuff to share (11 X 9 aluminum tray is recommended). Participants without food contribution will be charged $10.00 per person.- 時間表如下：2:30 Guests start to entering 入場
3:30 BBQ, Bouncer and Magic Show Start 燒烤/蹦床/魔術開始
4:30-5:00 Hula Hoop Competition 呼拉圈比賽
5:00-6:00 Start to serve food 晚餐開始
6:00-7:00 Three-legged Race 二人三足(或套圈)比賽
7:00-8:00 Tug War Competition 拔河比賽
8:00-9:00 Birthday Cake 生日蛋糕
9:00 Guests start to leaving 退場
9:30 Clean up 會場清潔
- 人數：報名非常踴躍，已超過預定人數上限。目前僅運用預留額度，接受會員、志願者及贊助者報名。 （建議大家分散時段、場地互動。我們的組織團隊也会积极努力以争取下次活動能找到更大型場地）謝謝理解、配合~
