2019大颈春晚招募之----

  

越剧《十八相送》

 

       

 

大颈华人协会诚邀演员参加演出我们的春晚重头节目之一--- 越剧《梁祝》著名场景《十八相送》。将由居住在大颈专业越剧演员徐晓慧领衔，Gina 老师编舞，呈现演，唱，舞，等多种艺术表现形式， 其旋律悠扬经典，舞蹈悠雅华美，必将引爆2019春晚现场！

 

招收8对亲子演员共同演绎，让我们一起演绎华夏版罗密欧与朱莉叶，感受中华戏曲之美！

 

排练时间： 星期天晚7:00PM-8:00PM

 

招 6岁以上儿童10名。

 

指导老师：Gina Chen 毕业于浙江省艺术学校民族舞系， 后加入南京军区文工团。 曾在全军汇演中多次获得奖项。 现任长岛中华协会民族舞老师， 编排的舞蹈参加了长岛中华之夜、 马友友演奏会pre-dance show等大型演出。

大家好！ 大颈华人协会诚邀民乐手参加演出我们的春晚开场节目---民乐合奏《春节序曲》。 春晚是一个社区公益活动。GNCA按节目性质制定了统一的收费标准，让学生在参加节目的系列准备过程中学有长进，对老师们付出的辛勤劳动表达尊重与感谢。 本节目使用标准为器乐类集体课。 课程包含15次集体课，老师上课讲解乐曲、指导分奏、合奏与表演。针对本次不同器乐、不同程度，老师亲自编曲。受邀请的成人演员免费，青少年学员为$20/课时，总费用为 $300。

 

欢迎正在学习中国民族器乐、大提琴、低音提琴的青少年参加。

指导老师：包键，著名管子演奏家，北美中乐团艺术总监，来美前任教中央音乐学院，曾获中国民族器乐大赛管子第一名、美国专业音乐家（Pro Musicis) 国际大赛第一名，包键是首位与西洋管乐家竞赛并夺冠之华人民族管乐家，来美后致力于中国民族音乐推广，由他指导的鼓艺学校青少年打击乐团屡获佳绩。http://chineseperformingarts.net/contents/season/20150502/index.html

乐队编制：笛子、二胡、板胡、琵琶、扬琴、古筝、笙、阮、大提琴、低音提琴。

年龄、程度： 不限

以下为集体课的时间安排，该节目乐器众多，民乐乐器学员合奏经验少。集体课的演练合奏非常重要。特别请家长孩子珍惜这次机会。

  

参加者认真参加一下课表上每一次上课。学费一次性缴纳，作为一个package，中途退出，恕不退还。敬请注意10/21 因为演出任务排练时间改为晚7:00-8:30PM。

 

有意报名者请参加9/23日下午2:30PM-4:00PM的audition。周日的audition, 老师主要看一下器乐和程度，为后面合奏、编曲做准备。每位参加audition的学生请准备演奏：

民乐为主的合奏非常少，我们积极鼓励相关乐器的小朋友积极参加。也非常感谢我们的高级别专业老师为了鼓励孩子们参加，承担下为不同程度进行编曲的重任。感谢老师！希望通过大家的努力，我们迎来很棒的春的序曲！

2019 大颈春晚节目设计GUIDE
以春晚导演组定制节目的为主，保证社区参与度：
       大颈春晚在每年六月份成立导演组，开始征询、收集社区居民建议，七月份由该年导演根据这些信息初拟节目单，九月初成立各个节目组，开放报名。
       节目单需要满足社区内各个年龄层的需求，以社区及周边社区的居民为主，尽量淡化个人，鼓励集体参与，以保证在整台晚会有限的时间内，让社区居民得到最大限度的参与机会。
       经实践，以上形式较容易控制节目质量，激发社区参与度和关注度，也避免出现多个相似节目报名参加春晚的情况。
       同时也欢迎单独报名节目，导演组会根据晚会整体决定是否采用。一般会考虑比较有特色，能弥补当前节目类型不足之处的节目。该届导演组有最终决定权。

GNCA为各个节目组服务：
         本着为社区服务的理念，导演组需为各个节目组提供便利，按需解决师资、场地、服化等需求，不得推辞。
         各个节目组设计的节目特邀或招聘有Tracking Record的指导老师或指导学校演出。 指导老师或学校如果需通过GNCA招生， 收费须与导演组协商每年根据市场行情来调整，必须低于该老师的正常价， 且不得超过GNCA 的统一标准。
         任何本地教育组织或者机构、商家被委托排练节目、提供排练场地或者协助节目完善，均可在晚会该节目的报幕环节给予口头感谢。
 
 财务由各节目组自行委派成员保管并使用：
          演出所需经费由参演人员分摊，GNCA不负责也不介入任何节目组财务管理。每个节目由演出人员志愿者进行财务管理，收费直接付给学校/老师 。 排练节目的其它费用，如场地费，服装费，化妆费等，由演出人员分摊，如有与预算不符，多退少补。

 

六月GNCA快讯：

1. 施俊当选大颈学区首位亚裔董事。学区2017-2018年财政预算和债券顺利通过。
2. 大颈图书馆董事会面临改选，现有多名华裔候选人报名，投票日期为今年十月，请大家保持关注。
3. 6月3日，GNCA首次与大颈老牌艺术中心Gold Coast Art Center合作举办艺术之旅活动取得空前成功，今后会有更多合作跟进。
4. GNCA于6月4日举行董事会例会，修改董事会章程，讨论换届改选候选人，并对新加入成员总结和介绍各个委员会的工作和职责。GNCA董事会例会每月举行一次，对大众开放，欢迎大家参与。
5. 6月11日GNCA将举行一年一度的夏日庆典，活动对GNCA会员免费，公园停车免费。本次庆典不但保持往年广受欢迎的拔河比赛等娱乐活动，还将首次为会员开辟二手交易和美食自卖等场所。 庆典上也会宣布第二届张王莉莉社区服务奖获奖者。敬请关注。

6. 6月20日，大颈三个村会会举办竞选：大颈村选村长，国王点和成功湖选村董。除了大颈村的竞选十分激烈外，其他村因为无挑战者，现任村董寻求连任毫无悬念。

 

1. Jeff Shi became the first Asian American Board of Education trustee for the Great Neck Public Schools.  The 2017-2018 school budget and school bond also passed by a large margin.
2. The Great Neck Public Library board will hold an election for two trustee positions this coming October.   
3. Gold Coast Art Center and GNCA joined forces in a successful event on 6/3 — Creative Crossroads Exhibition.
4. On June 4, GNCA board held its monthly meeting.  During the meeting, the board modified its bylaws, discussed its upcoming election, and introduced GNCA committees to members who attended the meeting.
5. On June 11, GNCA will host its Annual Summer Party at Manorhaven Beach Park.  The entire event is free to all GNCA members.  Free parking at the park is made possible by the generous support of the North Hempstead Township.  GNCA will honor the Second Annual Lily Wang Community Service Award recipients at the event.

6. On June 20, three villages will hold elections.  They are Great Neck, Kinds Point and Lake Success.

We are pleased to announce that the annual election for GNCA's board of directors will be held at this year’s Summer BBQ Party on June 11, 2017. Six director positions will be open for election this year. If you want to join the board as a director, please contact one of the GNCA Election Committee members listed below before June 6, 2017. The candidates slate and their brief biographies will be sent to all members before the election.  We will hold an open meeting of the board on June 4, 2017 from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm at the Great Neck House.  You are cordially invited to attend this meeting to find more about the current board members, the opening positions, and how the board operates.  Under our bylaws, only permanent members of GNCA are eligible to be a member of the board. If you want to join the board and are not a permanent member yet, please log onto GNCA's official website (gnca.org) and upgrade your membership to permanent member.
 
Other than being a board member, there are many other ways of joining the GNCA management teams, such as being a committee co-chair or an officer.  We encourage you to continue contributing to the GNCA family in whichever way you can!
